The room was updated, neat and with fridge and microwave. The design was modern. The location was favourable - right by most areas, and San Antonio, near downtown area and AT & T Center.
Some of the staff were very rude.

That was well-maintained hotel set in relatively quiet area, close to a convenience store, which is always handy and San Antonio from California for the Spurs playoff game 5. The rooms were nicely decorated with a sofa bed kept by the very professional staff.

I recently stayed at Best Western Plus for work in Downtown. The location was perfect, close enough to my workplace but still peaceful. The room was quiet and clean, and the customer service was excellent. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options, although my kids wished there was cereal. Another plus was the proximity to AT&T Center for the concert we attended. it was a convenient and comfortable stay.
